We are usually able to respond to auditions within 2 business days (often the same day). If you haven’t heard back from us within that time frame, first check your email spam or junk folder (look for an email titled “Voice Ready For Download …”), as our communications have on occasion ended up there.
Second, make sure that you actually submitted your audition. Sometimes users fail to realize that they must click the final submission button at the bottom of the final audition page. Other times, users intentionally pause at that point and forget that they did so later. If you can log back in and it allows you to re-enter the audition, then it hasn’t been submitted yet. Don’t forget to select the voice you prefer out of your final two choices before you click the submission button.
